Job Opportunity: Account Director (CPG & Media)

Location: Greater Toronto Area (Remote / Field-based)

Sector: In-Store Media, Digital Incentives & Omni-channel Marketing

As an Account Director, you will be a cornerstone of the Canadian sales team. You will drive revenue growth by strategically managing a portfolio of existing advertisers while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities across the Greater Toronto Area.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive Revenue: Manage and grow your own book of business by nurturing existing relationships and "hunting" for new opportunities in untapped channels.
  • Strategic Positioning: Secure meetings with senior-level decision-makers to uncover their objectives and position our omni-channel offerings as critical solutions.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage large data sets (Excel proficiency is a must) and shopper insights to tell compelling stories and build business cases for clients.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Consumer Insights to create best-in-class proposals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent weekly forecasting and reporting to ensure transparency and performance.


You’ll Thrive in This Role If:


  • You have 5–10 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles, specifically within the CPG or Media ecosystem.
  • You love the "hunt" and the satisfaction of converting new business.
  • You are an entrepreneurial thinker who enjoys autonomy and owning a territory.
  • You understand how to use Nielsen, IRI, and shopper behavior data to present a strong business case.
  • You bring an existing book of business or relationships within the Canadian retail/brand space.
  • Bonus: You are bilingual in French and English.
