We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their evolving needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- DEC or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

What we offer:
Salary range: $45000 – $55000 annual base salary based on experience + commission
30 – 35 hours per week with a reduced summer hour schedule
