Our windows and doors company is seeking Account Receivable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and monitoring incoming payments, communicating with customers regarding their accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor incoming payments
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers regarding their accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare and submit invoices to customers
  • Ensure all financial data is properly recorded and filed
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure all financial processes are streamlined

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
