Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and organized <strong> Administrative Coordinator </strong> to support our client's operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing timekeeping processes, coordinating employee support services, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You should be proactive, adaptable, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. For this position you must be a residence of wood Buffalo region and at least 2 years of Administrative experience in oil & energy or heavy construction industry. Workday and Service now experience is considered an asset. <br><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Fort McMurray, AB<br></li><li><strong> Shift: 7:30am - 7:30pm, 6 days on, 6 days off (On-site) No remote or Hybrid work arrangements </strong><br></li><li><strong> Job type: </strong> Temporary | Full-time <br></li></ul><strong>Here's why you should apply:</strong><br><ul><li>Paid weekly accurate and on time<br></li><li>Strong health and safety programs<br></li><li>Medical and dental benefits once qualified<br></li><li>Free training programs<br></li><li>New and quicker onboarding process<br></li></ul><strong> Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li>Manage timekeeping through Workday and ServiceNow.<br></li><li>Maintain and update time on/off spreadsheets.<br></li><li>Process vacation and absence requests.<br></li><li>Conduct time audits and communicate gaps with leadership.<br></li><li>Resolve time entry issues in collaboration with the Time Advisory team.<br></li><li>Prepare vacation packages and manage point system.<br></li><li>Run reports on time-related concerns.<br></li><li>Coordinate team functions and events as required.<br></li><li>Order and distribute coveralls, coffee for switch-out shacks, and prescription safety eyewear.<br></li><li>Manage corporate credit cards and taxi callouts.<br></li><li>Administer locker assignments, tracking, and audits.<br></li><li>Process employee recognition cards and provide associated rewards.<br></li><li>Act as Building Fire Warden.<br></li><li>Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative requests (e.g., float management)<br></li></ul><strong> Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li>Ability to self-manage time and effectively prioritize tasks.<br></li><li>Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.<br></li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.<br></li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.<br></li><li>Team-oriented with strong collaboration abilities.<br></li><li>Proficiency in Workday.<br></li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint<br></li><li>Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada <br></li></ul> Are you interested in this position?
