This role is ideal for a recent HR graduate or someone with up to one year of HR experience looking to grow their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.</p><p><br /></p><p>JOB SUMMARY</p><p>Reporting to the Senior Manager, People and Culture, the Administrator, People and Culture will support various functions within the department, with a primary focus on new hire onboarding, benefits administration, reporting and HR data management.</p><p><br /></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li>Prepare new hire orientation packages and coordinate onboarding logistics.</li><li>Manage the full onboarding process, including facilitating new hire training and related activities.</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.</li><li>Assist with the preparation of offer letters, employment agreements, forms, and other HR-related documentation.</li><li>Organize and maintain filing systems, including employee records, data tracking sheets, and electronic files.</li><li>Maintain the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.</li><li>Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support to the People & Culture team.</li><li>Assist with compliance-related requirements (e.g., AODA).</li><li>Administer company benefits programs, including enrolling new employees, processing changes, and responding to benefit-related inquiries.</li><li>Coordinate training logistics, including registering employees for seminars and workshops.</li><li>Support the People & Culture team with ongoing training and development initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to committees and initiatives, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.</li><li>Support People & Culture team projects and cross-departmental initiatives.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Human Resources or an equivalent program.</li><li>Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources is an asset, open to recent HR graduates.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client service excellence.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an asset.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team and across departments.</li><li>Previous experience with BambooHR, ADP or other HR databases is considered an asset.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>WHAT SET YOU APART</p><ul><li>Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects.</li><li>Adaptability to fast-changing environments and evolving HR needs.</li><li>Commitment to supporting inclusive and collaborative workplace initiatives.</li><li>Enthusiasm for professional growth and contributing to team success.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p><ul><li>Collaborative and supportive People & Culture team.</li><li>Dynamic workplace with opportunities to interact with employees across all levels.</li><li>Exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, compliance, and reporting.</li><li>Opportunities to contribute to organizational initiatives, committees, and employee development programs.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
