<li>10+ years programming 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis mills and lathes in high‑precision environments, plus 2+ years in a lead or senior role.</li>
<li>Expertise machining super alloys (Inconel, titanium, nickel alloys).</li>
<li>Proficiency with Fanuc/Siemens controls, Fanuc Macro, Renishaw probing, and CNC machine operation.</li>
<li>Mastery of Mastercam, Cimco Edit, Vericut, and strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, GD&T, AS9100, and inspection practices.</li>
<li>Strong communicator, problem‑solver, and cost‑saving innovator.</li>
</ul>
