What You’ll Do

- Design tooling and fixtures that elevate performance and repeatability.
- Oversee first‑article builds, ensure quality compliance, and keep projects on schedule.

- Drive risk reduction, process improvement, and standard machining best practices.
What You Bring
- 10+ years programming 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis mills and lathes in high‑precision environments, plus 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
- Expertise machining super alloys (Inconel, titanium, nickel alloys).
- Proficiency with Fanuc/Siemens controls, Fanuc Macro, Renishaw probing, and CNC machine operation.
- Mastery of Mastercam, Cimco Edit, Vericut, and strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
- Deep knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, GD&T, AS9100, and inspection practices.
- Strong communicator, problem‑solver, and cost‑saving innovator.
