AI/ML Developer


Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent AI/ML Developer to support enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role emphasizes advanced AI, machine learning, and natural language processing capabilities to deliver intelligent, scalable, and semantically enriched KM solutions.

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics or related field.

  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.

  • Experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.

  • Expertise in NLP including tokenization, entity recognition, topic modeling, and semantic search.

  • Experience with knowledge graph construction and querying (RDF, SPARQL).

  • Familiarity with AI-based content rewriting and contradiction detection.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models for document classification, semantic search, and metadata optimization.

  • Implement NLP techniques for entity extraction, summarization, contradiction detection, and bilingual content alignment.

  • Build and query knowledge graphs using RDF, SPARQL, and ontology design.

  • Apply clustering algorithms and semantic similarity models to detect duplicates and contradictions.

  • Integrate AI frameworks with SharePoint Online, Copilot, and KM platforms.

  • Automate content rewriting and readability analysis using AI-based tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support iterative development and agile delivery.

  • Contribute to the design of scalable knowledge frameworks and topic architectures.

  • Reliability Status security clearance; minimum years’ residency in Canada.
