Job Description
L'Analyste Développeur Salesforce effectuera le lien entre les besoins d'affaires et les équipes techniques dont il fera partie. Il sera amené à travailler dans une équipe de 15 personnes et contribuera directement sur des grands projets stratégiques de l'organisation
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Effectuer l'analyse des besoins d'affaires et les traduire en spécifications techniques
• Être capable de modéliser des processus afin d'optimiser les flux de travail
• Participer au développement des solutions en utilisant Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components
• S'occuper de l'élaboration des intégrations à haut niveau en utilisant Api Rest/Soap
• Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de déploiements, d'automatisation et mettre en place des pipelines avec CI/CD
• Assurer le développement de la documentation et la maintenir à jour
• S'impliquer dans les projets stratégiques et prendre part aux différentes décisions technologiques
PROFIL
• 6+ années d'expérience en tant qu'analyste développeur Salesforce
• Détenir une certification Salesforce (atout)
• Expérience dans Salesforce Grantmaking/ Grants Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CI/CD, Azure Devops
• Maitrise des langages et outils de développement Salesforce comme Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omnistudio
• Professionnalisme, bonnes habiletés relationnelles et esprit d'équipe
• Baccalauréat en informatique ou l'équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Français requis)
The Salesforce Analyst Developer will act as a liaison between business needs and the technical teams they will be part of. They will work within a team of 15 people and contribute directly to major strategic projects within the organization.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Model processes to optimize workflows
• Participate in solution development using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Develop high-level integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Implement deployment and automation strategies and set up pipelines with CI/CD
• Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Participate in strategic projects and contribute to various technology decisions
PROFILE
• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst Developer
• Salesforce certification (an asset)
• Experience in Salesforce Grantmaking/Grants Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Salesforce development languages and tools such as Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Omnistudio
• Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required)
