- Provide value-added services such as haul-away of old units, door reversals, and stacking of laundry appliances/pedestals.
- Remove doors or doorways as needed to complete safe and damage-free entry.
- Use a handheld device (Android) to update delivery status, capture photos, and submit Proof of Delivery (POD), ensuring 99% compliance.
- Immediately report equipment or app issues to supervisors.
- Follow safe handling procedures and use appropriate tools (e.g., blankets, straps, dollies, booties) to prevent damage.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the truck and report maintenance issues as needed.
- Adhere to Canadian regulations for hazardous materials and recycling of haul-away appliances.
- Re-inspect delivery paths after installation to prevent property damage; promptly report any incidents.
- Document lost, stolen, or damaged items with photographic evidence and complete BOL/POD for freight claims.
- Immediately escalate property damage (e.g., water, fire, injury) and assist with resolution and documentation.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, completion rate, handheld compliance, and customer QOS scores.
- Collaborate with teammates to complete 1820 deliveries per day and support up to 15% additional volume during peak times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour in line with company standards.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
