Role: Applied ML Engineer

Role Overview
In this role, you will build and deploy ML models such as propensity, uplift, and engagement models for a high-performance decisioning system. You'll develop production-grade pipelines, create monitoring workflows, and deliver explainability outputs while supporting integration with real-time scoring services.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Python, XGBoost/LightGBM, Databricks/Spark, MLflow, feature stores
- 5+ years operationalizing ML in production with low-latency scoring
- 5+ years using GenAI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot (required)
