Avec des bureaux à Montréal, Miami et Nassau, nous créons des environnements où l’architecture, le savoir-faire et l’art de vivre contemporain se rencontrent.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>À propos du poste</strong></p><p>Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) en architecture pour rejoindre notre équipe de Montréal.</p><p>Il s’agit d’un poste sur place, pratique et stimulant, destiné à une personne qui aime la diversité et qui s’épanouit dans un environnement de travail dynamique et axé sur le design. Vous travaillerez sur une variété de projets, allant de l’aménagement intérieur à la réalisation complète de plans architecturaux, reliant ainsi le concept à la construction.</p><p><br></p><p>Si vous aimez relever des défis, porter plusieurs chapeaux, et évoluer au sein d’une équipe qui valorise l’initiative et la curiosité, ce poste est pour vous. À mesure que nous développons notre offre architecturale, vous aurez l’occasion de participer à la mise en place et à l’amélioration de nos standards techniques et de nos processus internes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Vos responsabilités</strong></p><p>- Produire des dessins architecturaux et de construction précis à l’aide d’AutoCAD</p><p>- Collaborer étroitement avec les designers, architectes et entrepreneurs au Canada, aux États-Unis et aux Bahamas</p><p>- Effectuer des relevés et vérifications sur les chantiers locaux, et coordonner avec les différents corps de métier et fournisseurs</p><p>- Traduire l’intention de design en documentation technique et en solutions constructibles</p><p>- Contribuer au développement des meilleures pratiques architecturales au sein du bureau</p><p>- Effectuer des recherches sur les matériaux, les finis et les détails adaptés à des projets résidentiels et commerciaux haut de gamme</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Profil recherché</strong></p><p>- Diplôme en technologie de l’architecture ou dans un domaine connexe</p><p>- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience au Québec ou dans une autre province canadienne</p><p>- Excellente maîtrise d’AutoCAD et capacité à lire, interpréter et produire des plans de construction détaillés</p><p>- Bonne connaissance des méthodes de construction canadiennes</p><p>- Capacité à comprendre, parler, lire et écrire en français et en anglais</p><p>- Personne organisée, minutieuse et autonome démontrant de l’initiative</p><p>- Permis de conduire valide au Québec</p><p>- Expérience avec les logiciels de modélisation 3D, un atout important</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qui vous êtes</strong></p><p>Vous n’êtes pas qu’un simple dessinateur. With offices in Montreal, Miami, and Nassau, we create refined environments where architecture, craftsmanship, and contemporary living meet.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><span>We are looking for an Architectural Technician to join our Montreal team.</span></p><p><span>This is an “on-site”, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment. You will work on everything from interior layouts to complete architectural drawing sets, bridging concept and construction.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>If you are the type who likes to wear several hats, solve problems, and grow with a team that values initiative and curiosity, this role is for you. As we continue to expand our architectural scope, you will have the opportunity to help shape and refine our internal drawing standards and design processes.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p><span>- Produce accurate architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD</span></p><p><span>- Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and contractors in Canada, the U.S., and the Bahamas</span></p><p><span>- Conduct local site surveys, verifications, and coordination with trades and suppliers</span></p><p><span>- Translate design intent into technical documentation and buildable solutions</span></p><p><span>- Contribute to developing architectural best practices within the office</span></p><p><span>- Research materials, finishes, and detailing solutions suited to luxury residential and commercial projects</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><p><span>- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline</span></p><p><span>- Minimum 3 years of experience in the province of Quebec or other Canadian province</span></p><p><span>- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and an ability to read, interpret, and produce detailed construction drawings</span></p><p><span>- Knowledge of Canadian construction methods</span></p><p><span>- Understand, speak, read & write French and English</span></p><p><span>- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with initiative</span></p><p><span>- A valid Quebec driver’s license</span></p><p><span>- Experience with 3D modeling software is a definite asset</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p><span>You are not just a drafter.
