<p><strong>What’s the Job?</strong><br>

Pay Rate: 23 CAD/hour<br>
Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM -12:30 AM<br>
Training: First 2 weeks on day shift; second shift begins post-training</p>

<h3>Job Summary:</h3>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team on the second shift. This role involves assembling a variety of electronic and mechanical equipment to ensure timely and high-quality product shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working with electrical components and mechanical tools.

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>

<ul>
<li>Assemble electrical and mechanical components and subassemblies
<li>Mount equipment, punch holes, drill, and tap panels
<li>Build wire harnesses and cables; crimp, route, and tie cable harnesses
<li>Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to determine layout and sequence
<li>Transfer inventory and manage defective materials in SAP
<li>Issue Quality Escape Reports (QER) as needed
<li>Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S
</ul>

<h3>Qualifications:</h3>

<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required
<li>Electrical engineering background preferred
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
<li>Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and regularly bend/stretch
<li>Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
</ul>

<li>Flexibility to work across different areas of the shop floor
<li>Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics
