Poor attendance will lead to dismissal.</li></ul><p><b><strong>Position: Production Worker –</strong></b><br /><b><strong>Location: Scarborough, ON</strong></b></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are hiring production workers to join our client’s <b><strong>assembly line team</strong></b>, specializing in assembling <b><strong>car armrests</strong></b>. This role does <b><strong>not</strong></b> involve mechanical work or machinery operation — it is strictly <b><strong>assembly line production</strong></b>. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, repetitive environment with standing required for the duration of the shift.</p><p>Please review the job description carefully before applying to ensure it is a good fit.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assemble and handle small car parts (armrests).</li><li>Apply labels and rotate parts as needed.</li><li>Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>Follow safety procedures at all times.</li><li>Complete assigned tasks within shift timelines.</li><li>Stand for long periods and adapt to a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Previous assembly line experience is needed.</li><li>Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for full shifts.</li><li>Ability to work quickly and accurately.</li><li>Minimal lifting (up to 10 lbs).</li><li>Must be punctual with reliable attendance.</li><li>Steel-toed safety shoes and blue pants required.</li><li>English required; Chinese language skills are an asset.</li></ul><p>Compensation & Shifts</p><ul><li><b><strong>Pay:</strong></b> $19.20/hour + shift premiums</li><li><ul><li>Afternoon (Shift B): 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM → $0.20/hr premium</li><li>Night (Shift C): 12:00 AM – 7:00/8:00 AM → $0.20/hr premium</li><li>(Shift length may vary between 6–7 hours depending on production demand)</li></ul></li></ul><p>Perks & Benefits</p><ul><li>Paid training provided.</li><li>6-month evaluation period with potential for permanent hire.</li><li>Company uniforms provided.</li><li>Affordable $2.00 bento box lunches available.</li><li>Breaks: 30-minute lunch + two 10-minute breaks.</li><li>Overtime pay after 40 hours.</li></ul><p>About Us</p><p>Our Richmond Hill branch is part of a larger staffing network, combining local service with global resources.</p><p><b><strong>Thank you for applying!</strong></b><br />Only selected candidates will be contacted.<br />We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.<br />Express is a Full-Service Human Resources Centre.
