*Overview*<br />We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure patient satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about dentistry, particularly in pediatrics, and is eager to contribute to a thriving practice.<br /><br />*Duties*<br /><br />* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric care.<br />* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.<br />* Utilize dental software such as Dentrix and Epic for patient management, record keeping, and treatment documentation.<br />* Provide preventative care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.<br />* Conduct restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions as needed.<br />* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.<br />* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow within the office.<br />* Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.<br /><br />*Qualifications*<br /><br />* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.<br />* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.<br />* Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.<br />* Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic is highly desirable.<br />* Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is an advantage.<br />* Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for restorative procedures is beneficial.<br />* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.<br />* Commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining high professional standards.
