Are you a driven, confident closer who thrives on building new business?
We’re looking for independent Outside Sales Representatives across Alberta to bring a first-of-its-kind CPAP Display Program to local pharmacy owners — helping them serve more patients and add new income with minimal effort.

 

About the Role

You’ll partner directly with pharmacy owners, introducing a turn-key CPAP display station that’s already helping independent pharmacies across Canada increase monthly front-shop revenue by 80-100%
You’ll have full control of your territory, supported by national training and inside-sales coordination. You will be joining a $5.8 billion industry with massive demand.

 

This role is ideal for: medical sales reps, merchant-service pros, POS system reps, or anyone who loves B2B field sales and wants to represent a product that makes sense and makes money.

 

Compensation

  • $69,000 – $84,000+ realistic annual earnings (base + commission)
  • Top performers exceed $100,000+
  • Recruiting & referral bonuses
  • Full sales training and live support from your Sales Manager

(Average deal: $2,000 – commissions up to 20% per sale)

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and close new pharmacy accounts in your assigned region
  • Present the CPAP Display Station solution using our proven 3-step method
  • Follow up on warm leads from our marketing campaigns
  • Network locally and self-generate new business
  • Collaborate with national leadership for coaching and strategy
  • Manage your pipeline in CRM (training provided)

 

Your Schedule

  • 90% Field Sales – visiting pharmacies, presenting, closing
  • 10% Remote Work – admin, follow-ups, video calls
  • You own your calendar – autonomy with accountability

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong closer with 2+ year of B2B or outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Confident communicator with a growth mindset and professional presence
  • Excellent time management, integrity, and follow-through
  • Willingness to learn our system and stay coachable
  • Background in medical sales, merchant services, telecom, or B2B retail is a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • You cant be shy, this is sales
