Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the services offered.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, providing accurate and timely information and assistance<br />Handle and resolve customer concerns, including billing inquiries, service requests, and technical issues<br />Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy when interacting with customers<br />Document customer interactions, update records, and ensure accurate data entry<br />Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and maintain service quality<br />Ability to show empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns<br />Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment<br><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br />Fluency in both official languages, French and English is required<br />Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br />Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs is required<br />Customer service experience and/or call centre experience is an asset<br><br><strong>Why Choose NB Power:</strong><br />$17.00- 18.00 per hour<br />Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit<br />Accrued Vacation Pay<br />Enrolment into a Comprehensive Health Care Plan which includes Medical and Dental Benefits, Statutory Holiday pay after 3 months of service<br><br>NB Power values its employees and offers opportunities for growth and development.
