Position Summary

The Appliance Territory Manager role involves representing Bosch Major Appliances in your territory. It offers a career pathway into advanced roles within AMS or Bosch’s Major Appliances division. You will act as a trainer, merchandiser, brand ambassador, and retail strategist, shaping the consumer journey and retail success.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct store visits to support Bosch appliances
- Build relationships with store staff to promote the brand
- Train store teams on products and sales techniques
- Demonstrate appliances and educate customers
- Manage planograms, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with orders
- Resolve service and product issues
- Support marketing campaigns and events
- Submit weekly reports on activities and sales
- Attend trade shows and training sessions
- Travel with AMS or Bosch leaders during field visits
- Follow company policies
- Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual French/English
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of appliances preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least 2 years of sales or field experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
