You may report directly to the client and is accountable for the following:</p><ul><li>Make changes within Revit software as required</li><li>Must have Revit 2018 to 2022 experience</li><li>Maintain a collaborative environment between CAD/Revit operators, engineers, and project managers</li><li>Work closely with the project management departments for BIM coordination projects</li><li>Complete work as requested in Revit and/or AutoCAD</li><li>Setup and maintain a Revit job and file for a client in a remote environment</li><li>Follow cross-discipline detail standards that are used by Engineers</li><li>Express ideas clearly and listen effectively to others</li><li>File, organize and maintain all documents connected with the above-referenced tasks in a digital format.</li><li>Maintain all electronic documents in a remote access environment</li></ul></li><li><p>Contribute to BIM projects, as follows:</p><ul><li>Assist with data input</li><li>Run simulations and tests of available FM software</li><li>Record and compile results</li><li>Conduct minor modelling, as needed</li><li>Label and tag space usage</li><li>Organize and monitor quantity schedules</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>BIM Specialist qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>MUST be able to attain Enhanced Reliability and Site Access government security clearance to begin work</li><li>Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Minimum 1 to 3 years of REVIT experience required</li><li>Detailed understanding of its processing including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families, and work sets</li><li>Fluent in advanced 3D geometry creation and manipulation</li><li>Have a clear understanding of BIM and the methodologies associated with BIM workflows</li><li>Have a strong mechanical and conceptual aptitude</li><li>Two or three-year college degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical drafting studies is preferred</li><li>Able to pass a Revit online test</li><li>Above average in Microsoft Office products and computer trends/technology</li><li>Ability to work and log in to our work environment remotely</li><li>Ability to organize and handle a number of projects at the same time</li><li>Have strong organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to consistently set and attain goals</li></ul><p>Please specify the number of years of relevant experience and highlight the key projects you have worked on in your application and/or cover letter.</p><p>I7 proudly observes and practices its core values of Respect, Teamwork, and Gratitude.
