<p><b>Job Title:</b> Intermediate Business Analyst - Digital Health Standards</p><p><b>Location:</b> Toronto, ON (Hybrid - up to 3 days onsite)</p><p><b>Duration:</b> Contract (105 business days, extendable)</p><p><br></p><p>We're seeking an <b>Intermediate Business Analyst</b> with digital health experience to support a provincial initiative focused on reducing administrative burden for frontline providers through interoperable, standards-based solutions.</p><p><br></p><p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead business process analysis, workflow optimization, and change management.</li><li>Gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder engagement across clinical, technical, and business teams.</li><li>Develop documentation: process maps, use cases, charters, training materials, and governance artifacts.</li><li>Support committees and working groups (agendas, meeting coordination, decision tracking).</li><li>Analyze data quality, governance, and accessibility issues tied to health data standards.</li><li>Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for decision-making and partner alignment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <b>Must-Have Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Information, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li><b>7+ years</b> in business process analysis, solution adoption, and change management-<b>preferably in public sector or healthcare</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>healthcare data standards</b>: HL7 FHIR , SNOMED CT , LOINC .</li><li>Proven experience in <b>data analysis, business intelligence, and process mapping</b>.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to <b>manage multiple projects under tight deadlines</b>.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <b>Nice-to-Have</b></p><ul><li>Familiarity with <b>Ontario's healthcare systems</b> and digital health landscape.</li><li>Experience with <b>Microsoft 365/cloud tools</b> and solution development lifecycle.</li><li>Ability to identify and mitigate adoption or implementation risks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <b>Additional Notes</b></p><ul><li>Work must be performed <b>within Ontario</b>.</li><li>Full <b>knowledge transfer</b> and compliance with client policies required.</li><li>Public sector experience is mandatory.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
