Open Role: Business Development Partner (HR / L&D Solutions)


• Build a pipeline and close deals for Skillement’s AI-readiness assessments and upskilling services

• Leverage your network of HR leaders, Learning & Development (L&D) teams, and C-level executives


• Educate potential clients about why AI readiness is mission-critical—today, not tomorrow

• Collaborate with our internal team to tailor solutions based on organizational needs


• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, consultative selling, proposal, closing, and post-sale follow-up


What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, HR tech sales, or B2B SaaS solutions


• A strong network of decision-makers in HR, L&D, Talent Development, or C-Suite roles

• Deep understanding of corporate training, upskilling trends, or the future of work


• Excellent consultative selling skills and the ability to translate challenges into solutions

• Self-motivated and excited by performance-based compensation


• Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or workforce development is a strong plus



Nice-to-Have

• Prior success selling to mid-size to large enterprises


• Knowledge of psychometric testing, assessments, or L&D program implementation

• Experience working in/with industries like Finance, Healthcare, Tech, or Professional Services


• A passion for AI and interest in thought leadership around future skills


Compensation & Commitment

• 100% Commission-Based (no base salary; high upside)
