Job Description
NOTE: Hybrid work model, 2 days/week in Montreal Office
Type: 4-Month Contract, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

DESCRIPTION:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Translate these into clear specifications for development teams.
- Process & Data Analysis
- Analyze existing business processes and current solution
- Documentation, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Maintain documentation in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Contribute to test strategy, test case creation, and execution. Validate that solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Project Support
- Assist in project planning and execution. Track progress, manage risks, and support delivery within scope and timelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, business or a related field
- 7+ years of work experience in a business systems analyst role
- Experience with Category Management - preferred.
- Experience with B2B projects - preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile SCRUM methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or supply chain domains is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Owners.
- Ability to lead without formal authority and influence outcomes across teams.
- JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Excel
- Proven ability to research, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Agile certification - an asset
- CBAP certification - an asset
