Adecco is currently seeking an experienced <strong>Calibration Technician</strong> to join our client's laboratory team in Mississauga, ON. Working primarily from the service centre with occasional field service, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in equipment calibration. <br><ul><li><strong> Pay rate: </strong> $27/hour. <br></li><li><strong> Location: </strong> Mississauga, ON <br></li><li><strong> Shifts: </strong> 3 days per week <br></li><li><strong> Job type: </strong> Temporary <strong> </strong> | Part-time - 20-24 hours/week <br></li></ul><strong> Here's why you should apply: </strong><br><ul><li> Hires fast, pays weekly. <br></li><li> 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque. <br></li><li> Medical and dental benefits once qualified. <br></li><li> Free training programs <br></li><li> New and quicker onboarding process <br></li></ul><strong> Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li> Complete calibration services within expected timeframes, as assigned. <br></li><li> Enter data accurately into tracking databases. <br></li><li> Prepare and complete calibration data sheets and documentation supporting ISO and customer requirements. <br></li><li> Conduct basic calibrations and occasional repairs under supervision. <br></li><li> Participate in daily scheduling, visual management, kaizen, and problem-solving activities. <br></li><li> Provide limited customer interaction related to calibration and repair inquiries. <br></li><li> Perform other laboratory support functions in an efficient and orderly manner. <br></li><li> Occasionally travel for on-site calibration services under supervision. <br></li></ul><strong> Requirements: </strong><br><ul><li> Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. <br></li><li> CGP certification required. <br></li><li> Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (eligible to drive company vehicle). <br></li><li> General Purpose instruments <br></li><li> Physical Dimensional instruments <br></li><li> Strong customer service skills. <br></li><li> Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel. <br></li><li> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. <br></li><li> Willingness to travel locally and regionally, with occasional overnight stays. <br></li><li> Experience in calibration of: <br><ul><li> Torque <br></li><li> Pressure <br></li><li> RF <br></li></ul></li></ul> Apply now to this <strong>Calibration Technician</strong> job in Mississauga, ON for immediate employment consideration.
