About The Role
As the Client Success Manager, you will work directly with a wide variety of wealth management firms as the relationship lead. You will be responsible for driving product adoption of existing tools, removing roadblocks, proactively managing risk, identifying opportunities for new products and services, and cultivating relationships. You’ll work with a broad number of stakeholders, including senior leadership, practice management teams and advisors, to learn how their teams function and the challenges they face, and help set them up for long-term strategic growth.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of high-value accounts with the goals of retention, awareness and growth.
- Build and foster deep relationships at all levels of the customer organization, multi-tasking with customers to ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Use strategic thinking, consultative problem solving, and deep product knowledge to help your customers achieve measurable business outcomes, new use cases and maximize their ROI with PriceMetrix solutions.
- Operate as subject matter expert on the Practice Management tools, products and capabilities.
- Partner with multiple internal cross-functional teams (Client Development, Analytics, Product, Operations, Executive Leadership) to develop and execute client plans that align stakeholders on growth strategies and risk mitigation.
- Create and deliver Executive Business Reviews for client leadership teams, keynote presentations on industry insight, and coaching consultations/workshops for field leaders and advisor.
- Deliver practice management concepts at our clients focused on topics such as business productivity, client pricing, and advisor growth – supported by our research, in-house expertise and software solutions.
- Limited travel, usually around once per quarter.
Our dynamic Client Success team is headquartered in downtown Toronto. We operate within a collaborative team environment where you'll work closely with intelligent, engaging colleagues who are committed to delivering exceptional performance. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Client Success.
Requirements
Professional experience:
- 6+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management.
Primary skills:
- Knowledge of the Wealth Management Industry and practice management concepts to help advisors grow their businesses.
- Experience in working with financial advisors and/or C-suite decision-makers.
- A proven track record of measurably impacting customer results through creative problem-solving, strategic consulting, and change management. Experience in doing this with SaaS platforms is desired but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to multithread across stakeholders and deliver compelling executive-level presentations.
- French is a nice to have.
