We’re seeking a <strong>Growth and Customer Success Specialist</strong> who thrives on <strong>autonomy, impact, and high performance.</strong> If you’ve worked in a marketing agency, understand SEO, Paid Media, and Analytics, and are confident in your ability to drive results and collaborate with cross-functional teams, you’ll feel right at home here.<br /> <strong>Your Role:</strong>You’re the bridge between strategy and execution, owning client success and campaign performance. You’ll:<ul><li>Be your accounts' primary point of contact, guiding clients from kickoff through results.</li><li>Build and refine integrated digital marketing strategies that span SEO, PPC, Content, Web, Automation and full-funnel growth tactics.</li><li>Use data and analytics to inform every recommendation you make and every meeting you lead.</li><li>Host bi-weekly/ monthly performance reviews with clients, backed by real numbers and proactive insights.</li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to your clients while collaborating closely with our internal SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams.</li><li>Project manage and own budgets, performance KPIS, and campaign optimization initiatives.</li><li>Own the quality and results of campaign delivery, with the autonomy to pivot when needed.</li></ul><strong>Who You Are:</strong><ul><li>You’ve spent at least<strong> 3+</strong> <strong>years in a client-facing account or customer success role</strong> within a marketing agency environment.</li><li>You bring <strong>deep knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and analytics tools.</strong></li><li>You’ve worked with North American B2B clients and understand their expectations around ROI and transparency.</li><li>You manage multiple accounts confidently and thrive in an environment where autonomy is earned and expected.</li><li>You’re a clear communicator, analytical thinker, and a proactive collaborator.</li><li>You know how to prioritize what drives impact over busywork.</li><li>You care about your work, details, and clients, and this shows in the outcomes you get.</li><li>You are tech-savvy and embrace new technologies.</li></ul><strong>Must-Haves:</strong><ul><li>3–5 years of agency experience with client relationship ownership.</li><li>At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Paid Ads, and/or analytics.</li><li>Experience managing budgets, campaign reporting, and full-funnel growth strategy.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English.</li><li>You are in Canada and eligible to work full-time in an office.</li><li>Must be able to commute to <strong>Oakville, ON</strong>.</li></ul><strong>What You Get:</strong><ul><li><strong>Full benefits from Day 1.</strong></li><li>Competitive salary with performance incentives.</li><li>Clear career growth path.</li><li>Access to training and development tools.</li><li>A high-autonomy environment with support when you need it.</li><li>A mission-driven team that believes in excellence, empathy, and execution.</li></ul><strong>At Measure Marketing Results Inc., we believe autonomy fuels excellence.
