<p><b>Clinical Business Analyst</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote (Canada)</p><p><b>Mandatory Requirements</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b></li><li> University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Oncology.</li><li><b>Professional Experience:</b></li><li>Proven experience as a <b>Clinical Business Analyst</b> or <b>Clinical Informatics Analyst</b> responsible for Oncology-related requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design, and the development of business analysis documentation within the past 10 years.</li><li>Experience working with <b>Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS)</b> and healthcare operations, specifically related to Oncology.</li><li>Demonstrated involvement in <b>Health Information Systems/CIS implementation projects</b>, with direct experience in healthcare operations and large-scale system deployments relevant to Oncology.</li></ul><p><b>Scored Requirements</b></p><ul><li><b>Specialized Experience:</b></li><li> Experience as a Clinical Business Analyst supporting Oncology workflows in one or more of the following areas:</li><li>Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE)</li><li>Order sets</li><li>Clinical documentation</li><li>Ancillary services (Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, Laboratory)</li><li><b>Communication Skills:</b></li><li> Strong verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills. Bilingual proficiency in <b>French and English</b> is an asset.</li><li><b>Facilitation Skills:</b></li><li> Demonstrated experience leading workshops with healthcare providers to identify and document business requirements, system requirements, user stories, and use cases.</li><li><b>Collaboration & Work Style:</b></li><li>Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of self-direction.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, or workstreams simultaneously.</li><li><b>Technical Skills:</b></li><li>Proficiency with <b>Microsoft Office 365</b> applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams).</li><li>Experience using <b>Atlassian JIRA</b> in a project or operational environment.</li><li><b>Sector Knowledge:</b></li><li> Previous experience within public or government health organizations, with a solid understanding of healthcare operations, policies, and practices.</li></ul><p></p>
