<p>About the Role</p><p>We're looking for a proactive and adaptable developer to join our integration team. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for maintaining existing<br>TIBCO-based workflows<br>while also building<br>modern, cloud-native microservices<br>on<br>Azure<br>using<br>NestJS<br>and<br><br>. You'll combine your integration expertise with cloud development skills to deliver scalable and reliable solutions for our clients.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><p>TIBCO Integration (Maintenance & Optimization)</p><ul><li>Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance existing<br> TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW)<br> and<br> EMS<br> processes.</li><li>Analyze complex integration workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.</li><li>Maintain detailed technical documentation and propose process improvements.</li></ul><p>Cloud & Microservices Development</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy<br> microservices<br> using<br> <br> and<br> NestJS<br> .</li><li>Manage and scale services within<br> Azure Container Apps<br> environments.</li><li>Implement event-driven architectures and messaging patterns with<br> Azure Service Bus<br> .</li><li>Contribute to CI/CD processes, code reviews, and testing to ensure high-quality releases.</li><li>Drive best practices for performance, reliability, and maintainability in cloud-native systems.</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>3+ years<br> of hands-on experience maintaining and supporting<br> TIBCO BW/EMS<br> workflows.</li><li>2+ years<br> of backend development experience using<br> <br> and<br> NestJS<br> .</li><li>Working knowledge of<br> Azure Container Apps<br> ,<br> Service Bus<br> , and microservices architecture.</li><li>Solid understanding of<br> RESTful APIs<br> ,<br> event-driven design<br> , and<br> containerization (Docker)<br> .</li><li>Familiarity with<br> CI/CD pipelines<br> and<br> monitoring tools<br> .</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience with<br> TIBCO AMX<br> or other integration platforms.</li><li>Microsoft Azure certifications<br> (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).</li><li>Knowledge of other messaging systems such as<br> Kafka<br> or<br> RabbitMQ<br> .</li></ul><p>Why Join Plekton Labs</p><p>At Plekton Labs, we specialize in helping businesses modernize their integration ecosystems.
