As aCo-Manager,collaboration, shared ownership, and growth are at the core of your role. As a strategic partnertothe Store Manager,youllhelp lead store operations, inspire teams, and drive results.

WhatYoullBe Working On

• Partnering with the Store Manager to co-lead daily operations, sales performance, team development, and customer experience.

• Sharing accountability forstore results, including sales targets, productivity, and loss prevention.

• Leading by example on the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

• Takingownership of assigned operational areas such as scheduling, merchandising, execution, training, or inventorymanagement.

• Providingleadership support to anadditionalstoreas needed, acting as a consistent leadership presence and operational partner.

• Leadingrecruiting, onboarding, and coaching initiatives within your assigned scope.

• Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve individual and store-wide goals.

• Fostering a positive, inclusive, andhigh performingwork environment.

• Supporting performance conversations and development planningin partnership withthe Store Manager.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you maybe requiredto change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
  
  

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.

What Will Set You Up for Success

• 2-5years of retail experience; minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

• A passionandpreviousexperience inhome dcor,fashion retail, and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Demonstrated success in driving sales and building customer loyalty.

• Ability to lead teams to exceed all sales and profit goals.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.

• Experience with POS systems, visual merchandising, inventory management, and scheduling.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• A hands-on approach to leadership,yourenot afraid to jump in and work alongside your team.

• A solution focused mindset with the ability to see obstacles as opportunities.
