<p><b>Account Manager - Commercial Lines (Transportation Focus)</b></p><p>Are you driven to deliver exceptional client service and thrive in a fast-paced insurance environment? My client is looking for a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to join their team, specializing in the Transportation sector. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting their growth by ensuring clients receive top-tier service every day.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Location</b>: Hamilton (Hybrid, 3 days in the office after training)</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage the day-to-day servicing of your client portfolio</li><li>Prepare Certificates of Insurance and policy documents, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations</li><li>Process MVRs, driver abstracts, CVOR checks, and related documentation</li><li>Assist in preparing binders, form letters, and other client communications</li><li>Handle invoices and maintain accurate client records</li><li>Review clients' coverage, exposures, and loss experience to identify risk management needs</li><li>Support Customer Service Brokers or Producers with inquiries or urgent requests</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of client needs and ensure excellent communication with clients, carriers, and colleagues</li><li>Promptly address questions or concerns regarding policies, coverage, and premiums</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 1-year experience in Commercial Lines, either with a brokerage or insurance company preferred</li><li>Active R.I.B.O license</li><li>Post-secondary education in a relevant field (college or university)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you're ready to grow your career and make an impact in a dynamic team environment, we'd love to hear from you!</p>
