Concrete Labourer

Ronin Concrete Inc. is currently seeking skilled Concrete Labourers to work on concrete installation projects located in Saskatoon.

Start Date: April 1, 2024

Duties include (but are not limited to):


  • Physical tasks, including sweeping, lifting, shoveling, wheelbarrowing, and moving heavy materials

  • Base compactions

  • Assisting with concrete forming and placement

  • Ensure safety barricades / barriers are all in place

  • Flagging / spotting as needed

  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed

  • Actively participate in all safety meetings

  • General site housekeeping

Required Skills:


  • Previous construction experience is required

  • Prior concrete experience is an asset

  • Understand how to use power/small tools such as plate tampers, carb saws, etc.

  • Ability to work long hours (10+ hour days) outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Physical able to perform heavy manual tasks, including lifting, shoveling, moving heavy materials up to 50lbs

  • Working understanding of site hazard assessments and able to complete daily safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner

  • Be fit for duty and prepared for work each day

  • Positive attitude / team player

  • Strong communication / listening skills and ability to follow direction
