<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>Concrete Labourer</p><p></p><p>Ronin Concrete Inc. is currently seeking skilled Concrete Labourers to work on concrete installation projects located in Saskatoon.</p><p>We offer competitive wages, work / life balance, great opportunity for advancement, and training.</p><p></p><p>Start Date: April 1, 2024</p><p></p><p>Duties include (but are not limited to):</p><ul><li><br />Physical tasks, including sweeping, lifting, shoveling, wheelbarrowing, and moving heavy materials </li><li><br />Base compactions</li><li><br />Assisting with concrete forming and placement</li><li><br />Ensure safety barricades / barriers are all in place</li><li><br />Flagging / spotting as needed</li><li><br />Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed</li><li><br />Actively participate in all safety meetings</li><li><br />General site housekeeping</li></ul><p></p><p>Required Skills:</p><ul><li><br />Previous construction experience is required</li><li><br />Prior concrete experience is an asset</li><li><br />Understand how to use power/small tools such as plate tampers, carb saws, etc.</li><li><br />Ability to work long hours (10+ hour days) outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li><br />Physical able to perform heavy manual tasks, including lifting, shoveling, moving heavy materials up to 50lbs</li><li><br />Working understanding of site hazard assessments and able to complete daily safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner</li><li><br />Be fit for duty and prepared for work each day</li><li><br />Positive attitude / team player</li><li><br />Strong communication / listening skills and ability to follow direction</li></ul></p></p>
