<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Location: Christina Lake, AB (CAMP POSITION)</p><p>Target Start Date: January 13, 2025</p><p>Contract Length: 1 year, potential for extension</p><p>Work Schedule: 8 days on 6 days off rotation.</p><p>84hrs/week.</p><p>Rotating day/night shift.</p><p>6-hour days on day 1 and 8, 12 hour days day 2-7.</p><p>Tues-Tues.</p><p><br /></p><p>FIFO + Camp Accommodations Provided.</p><p><br /></p><p>Rates:</p><p>- T4: $46-54.95</p><p>- IC: $53-63</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>• Operate and Monitor Equipment: Oversee the operation of pumps, compressors, and other production equipment. Ensure all machinery is functioning correctly and efficiently.</p><p>• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety meetings.</p><p>• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. Report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.</p><p>• Data Collection: Record and analyze production data. Use this information to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.</p><p>• Environmental Stewardship: Ensure all operations comply with environmental regulations. Participate in initiatives to reduce environmental impact.</p><p>• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including equipment failures and environmental incidents. Participate in emergency response drills.</p><p>• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other field operators, engineers, and management to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively and provide support as needed.</p><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>• Education: Minimum Alberta 4th Class Power Engineering ticket, 3rd Class preferred.</p><p>• Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.</p><p>• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>• Certifications: Valid safety certifications (e.g., H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS) are required.</p><p>• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
