A Construction Group is looking for a <strong>Controller</strong> to lead financial management across multiple entities and projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight.<br /></p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:<br /></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee accounting operations, including AR/AP, payroll, and month-end reporting.</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.</li><li>Lead audit preparation, HST and tax filings, and compliance.</li><li>Partner with project and operations teams to review job costing and improve financial visibility.</li><li>Drive system and process improvements using <em>Vista by Viewpoint</em> or similar ERP tools.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>CPA or CMA designation (required).</li><li>7+ years of progressive accounting experience - construction industry preferred.</li><li>Strong ASPE knowledge and multi-entity accounting skills.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with auditors and senior leadership.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Why Join:<br /></strong>You’ll play a key strategic role in a fast-growing construction group, collaborate directly with decision-makers, and help shape financial systems for the future. </p><p></p><p><strong>Ready to relocate for the right opportunity?</strong> We’ll help make it easy.<br /><em>Please note relocation will be on your own responsibility and relocation support not included in offering.</em></p></p></p></p>
