Built on partnership, trust, cultural respect, and northern community participation, ACLP is experiencing significant growth—now operating four additional entities and preparing for another acquisition.</p><p>About the Opportunity<br>Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Controller who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role blends hands-on accounting leadership with strategic financial insight, supporting a rapidly growing organization while contributing to a strong, people-first culture.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Lead accurate and efficient month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li>Prepare financial statements and consolidated multi-entity reports.</li><li>Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.</li><li>Provide financial insights to support business decisions.</li><li>Oversee AP, AR, payroll integration, inventory, and general ledger functions.</li><li>Ensure proper revenue recognition and expense allocation.</li><li>Strengthen internal controls, financial procedures, and risk management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ASPE and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Mentor and support accounting staff in a collaborative, positive environment.</li><li>Partner across departments to support operations and strategic goals.</li></ul><p>Who You Are</p><ul><li>CPA designation with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of ASPE and multi-entity accounting.</li><li>Experience in hospitality, service, or northern operations is an asset.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems.</li><li>Emotionally intelligent, approachable, and an excellent communicator.</li><li>A people-first leader who enjoys building culture and supporting others.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and excited to help shape a growing finance function.</li></ul><p>Why Join ACLP?</p><ul><li>Join a respected, values-driven Saskatchewan organization.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive finance team.</li><li>Competitive compensation and development opportunities.</li><li>Meaningful community and economic impact across northern Saskatchewan.</li><li>A culture defined by teamwork, trust, respect, and having fun together.</li></ul><p>At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
