About the Opportunity

Mansha Financial is a growing financial services business seeking a hands-on FP&A Controller to own financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis while maintaining oversight of core accounting functions.

This is a high-impact role in a lean environment where finance is a true partner to ownership. The ideal candidate is not purely transactional and not siloed in accounting. This person enjoys building models, improving visibility, and helping leadership make better, faster decisions as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

FP&A and Strategic Finance

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

  • Build and maintain financial models to support growth, hiring, and profitability analysis

  • Analyze revenue trends, margins, expenses, and unit economics

  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages for leadership

  • Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support strategic decisions

  • Partner directly with ownership on growth initiatives and planning

Accounting and Financial Oversight

  • Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial statements

  • Manage cash flow, expense controls, and working capital

  • Maintain internal controls and improve financial processes

  • Coordinate with external accountants as needed (tax, year-end, advisory)

What They’re Looking For

  • CPA or equivalent accounting designation preferred

  • 6+ years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillset

  • Experience in small to mid-sized, growth-stage businesses

  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems

  • Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of the finance function

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with ownership
