Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat


  • Resolve issues proactively and suggest appropriate solutionsFollow up carefully on every customer interaction

  • Provide clear information about products, promotions, and return/exchange policiesSupport continuous improvement of service practice




What We Offer:



  • Two weeks of training (day schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Requirements:

  • DEC or equivalent diploma


  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English – written and spoken)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (call center is a plus)


  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, empathy, and clarity in communication


  • Comfortable with digital tools and technology

  • Experience in retail or e-commerce customer service is an asset
