The Position:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing sales orders from order entry through to delivery for an assigned group of customers along with receiving, addressing, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. This role will ensure that all orders are handled accurately and professionally while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process all new customer sales orders in SAP system
- Ensure smooth delivery of goods by checking inventory status and ETA of products in SAP system
- Follow-up with the Shipping Department to ensure all shipping dates are met
- Provide ongoing communications with customers regarding order and delivery status
- Assist Account Managers with inquiries on the status of their orders
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments as required for assistance in handling and addressing customer inquiries and issues
- Investigate and provide prompt resolution to all inquiries/concerns pertaining to orders and inform Account Managers, customers, or other parties of findings and outcomes
- Respond to inquiries received by e-mail or phone in a prompt manner by providing clear, accurate, and timely written responses
- Record and update details of customer interactions in a clear and thorough manner in the CRM system
- Prepare and distribute reports on a regular basis
- Investigate, resolve, and apply credits to customer accounts as required
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Post secondary education
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service / order entry experience
- Fluently bilingual in English & French (verbal and written) required
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service within a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the Internet
