Position: Customer Service & Sales Support Representative – HVAC Industry Location: East-End Montreal (Hybrid)Salary: $45K to $50K (based on experience)Job Type: Permanent Are you experienced in customer service — either client-facing or in a back-office support role within manufacturing or distribution industry— and looking for a long-term career opportunity in a stable, supportive work environment?Our client, a well-established company specializing in HVAC systems, is hiring urgently a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join their growing team in East-End Montreal.Why this role stands out:- Full-time permanent role (40 hours/week)- 2 weeks of vacation paid per year- Training and support provided- Monthly commission between 2% and 4% on closed sales- Group benefits (50% paid by employer)- Voluntary RRSP plan- 2 additional paid days off per year + paid time off during the Holidays- Friendly, down-to-earth teamWhat we’re looking for:- Experience in customer service handling customer inquiries via phone and email within manufacturing, distribution or relative industry.- Excellent communication and listening skills.- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.- Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, CRM, etc.).Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement: To speak with clients outside of Quebec – Frequency of Use: Daily with every taskKey Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming phone calls and email leads through the CRM system from clients seeking assistance, product information, equipment support, or general service inquiries.- Identify client needs and direct them to the appropriate outside sales representative based on their location or request type.- Gather and document client information during calls to ensure smooth follow-up and personalized service.- Provide excellent customer service while offering relevant product recommendations or upgrades when appropriate.- Maintain accurate records and communication notes in the system to support team coordination and client follow-ups.- Reach out to potential and existing clients by phone or email, understand their needs, and suggest the right solutions.- Prepare quotes and follow up on offers.- Book appointments for outside sales reps.- Help build strong client relationships and loyalty.Please forward your resume to Cristina Bilbao at cristina.bilbao@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!.
