Position Details:
- Shift: Weekend Night Shift.
- Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- Hours: 4:45 PM – 5:00 AM (12-hour shifts).
- Breaks: 45-minute paid break + 15-minute unpaid break per shift.
- Pay: $32 - $40 per hour.
- Incentive: Work 36 hours and receive an additional 4 incentive hours.
- Shift Differential: $3 per hour worked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up components for welding according to specifications.
- Select welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws.
- Utilize angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment.
- Welding proficiency in all positions; TIG is an asset.
- Experience with aluminum, stainless, is an asset.
- Clear communication skills in English.
- Must be available to work the specified weekend night shift.
