The Opportunity

Leavitt Industrial Group is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. As the D365 F&O Administrator, you will be overseeing the ERP space for various legal entities, business units, and the broader IT and ERP teams. You will also be managing ERP users and security roles, maintaining application environment updates and integrations, and delivering automation solutions by following SDLC methodologies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the D365 F&O Administrator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide day-to-day ERP application/Azure environment administration support
  • Manage feature management (what to enable now vs later) by legal entity/role, with clear rollback decisions
  • Own the service-update calendar (W1/W2), scope review, risk assessment, and go/no-go criteria
  • Maintain application user management for the D365 ERP space
  • Curate and approve deployable packages from an application perspective; maintain the LCS Asset Library entries and release notes
  • Manage ERP applications security roles and access
  • Work with IT groups to support ERP applications infrastructure
  • Maintain system and process documentation, including applications and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts
  • Build and maintain the Leapwork automated regression suite for critical end-to-end flows; define pass/fail gates and integrate runs with Azure DevOps test plans/dashboards
  • Govern F&O parameters, data sets, and app-side dual-write/Dataverse mappings
  • Maintain the ISV compatibility matrix and dependency roadmap, coordinate sequencing with vendors and SMEs
  • Plan and run UAT (test data, scripts, entry/exit criteria); drive defect triage to closure
  • Perform applications updates/upgrades, following best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • Minimum four years of ERP administration and supporting experience (Microsoft products preferred)
  • Five years of end-user IT support experience
  • Experience supporting AD, VM (Azure), SQL DB, and networking technologies
  • Post-secondary education in computer science preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking skills
  • An excellent team player with strong communication skills

The base pay range for this role is: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience.

This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
