We are looking for a Data Analyst to help translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Data Analysis & Reporting:Extract, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights.</li>
<li>Power BI Dashboard Development:Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Data Visualization & Storytelling:Create compelling visual representations of data to facilitate decision-making.</li>
<li>SQL Querying & Data Extraction:Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.</li>
<li>Business Intelligence & Insights:Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven strategies.</li>
<li>Collaboration & Communication:Work with engineers, product managers, and business leaders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>Data Governance & Quality:Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills & Qualifications:</h3>
<p>Proficiency in Power BI:</p>
<ul>
>Experience building interactive dashboards, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
<li>Strong knowledge of Power BI best practices, performance optimization, and data modeling techniques.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Expertise:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.</li>
<li>Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
</li><li>Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA is a plus).</li>
<li>Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.</li>
<li>Experience in identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Soft Skills:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data insights effectively.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice-to-Have:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift).</li>
<li>Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI-driven analytics.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, CCPA).</li>
