Job Description

Our client, a well-established organization in Calgary's SE industrial area, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their evening operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, focused environment and enjoys ensuring accuracy and consistency in data management.

Responsibilities:<ul><li> Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data across internal systems.</li><li>Review documents for completeness and accuracy before input.</li><li>Creating manifests for outbound shipments.</li><li>Monitor check in process for drivers.</li><li>Scanning, and filing paperwork.</li><li>Maintain and organize electronic records in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Communicate with customers and carriers.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Support other administrative tasks as required by the team lead.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in data entry or administrative support roles.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with database systems, Excel, and other MS Office tools.</li><li>Excellent typing speed and accuracy.</li><li>Reliable transportation to the SE industrial area for late shift work.</li><li>Availability to work full-time during evening hours (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).</li><li>Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial operations.</li><li>Post-secondary education or training in administration or a related field.</li></ul>
