<p><b>Title:</b> Dayforce Payroll Implementation Consultant</p><p><b>Location: </b>Ottawa, ON - open to Remote/Hybrid and in- person</p><p><b>Duration: </b>1-2 year contract</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Experience implementing or supporting Ceridian Dayforce Payroll.</li><li>Proven experience in full-cycle payroll implementations, including configuration, data conversion, and testing.</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, garnishments, year-end, and remittances (Canada and/or U.S.).</li><li>Proficiency in Dayforce configuration tools, pay setup, and report generation.</li><li>Ability to analyze payroll results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and apply corrections efficiently.</li><li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a consultative approach.</li><li>Strong project management and documentation skills.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS integrations (benefits, GL, timekeeping, or accounting systems).</li><li>Ceridian Certified Payroll Professional or related Dayforce certification.</li><li>Experience with multi-jurisdictional payroll and unionized environments.</li><li>Prior consulting or system implementation experience with a Ceridian Partner or SI firm.</li><li>Working knowledge of Dayforce APIs, data imports, and reporting tools.</li><li>Understanding of change management and process re-engineering within HR and Payroll environments.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li></ul><p></p>
