Title: Junior Desktop Support Engineer
Client: Quant Fund – Global collaborative firm run by passionate Computer Scientists
Salary: Up to $150,000 + bonus + package/perks
Location: Canada (Hybrid/Remote – 3/4 days onsite)
My client is a dynamic global quant fund that is building cutting edge systems from a beautiful office.
In this role, you’ll set up, support, and optimize workstations, mobile devices, servers, and conference room tech. You’ll tackle and resolve technical issues that affect high-stakes trading and enterprise systems.
You’ll collaborate with top talent and industry leaders, gaining hands-on experience across the entire business. (A full and detailed job spec is available)
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience –
️ 1-4 years commercial experience within a System Engineering/Systems Administrator role
️ Strong PowerShell experience
️ Strong experience supporting/configuring Windows 10
️ Group policy/Active Directory knowledge
️ A genuine passion in technology!
️ A completed degree
