<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><strong>Summary of key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute segment specific strategies across paid channels (Homeowners vs. Industry Professionals); PPC, display / retargeting, affiliates</li><li>Ensure full customer journey from paid channels is optimised, in coordination with other marketing functions (content, UX/UI and merchandising)</li><li>Forecast, manage and report on paid spend and performance</li><li>Research and test new strategies and channels to grow / optimise paid channels & email</li><li>Report on competitor activity within paid channels</li><li>Manage / coordinate with external agencies / contractors<br /></li></ul><p><strong>What you must have</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years experience in digital media campaign management</li><li>Rock-solid analytics alongside an ability to create insights and stories with data</li><li>Customer first mind-set</li><li>Solid GA and GTM experience</li><li>Experience managing $500k+ monthly ad spend</li><li>Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution modelling, and GA</li><li>Marketing automation / eMail marketing experience</li><li>Curious mindset & desire to improve what’s there, and build new and better</li><li>Collaborative approach to marketing </li><li>An audacious spirit that embraces uncertainty and challenges with enthusiasm </li><li>High levels of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do </li><li>Strong entrepreneurial spirit that has grit, determination and challenges the status quo </li><li>High degree of empathy and the ability to see other’s perspective </li><li>Strong sense of curiosity and the desire to learn and get better everyday </li></ul></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
