<p><strong>Director of Preconstruction - Ground Improvement</strong></p><p>We're looking for a <strong>Director of Preconstruction</strong> to lead all front-end planning for ground improvement projects (e.g. densification, grouting, soil mixing, vibro stone columns).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead preconstruction strategy for ground improvement projects from RFQ/RFP through hand-off to operations.</li><li>Work with estimating, engineering, and operations to develop concepts, budgets, and value-engineered solutions.</li><li>Review geotechnical reports, identify risks and opportunities, and shape winning technical approaches.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with owners, GCs, and consultants; lead client presentations and interviews.</li><li>Standardize preconstruction processes, tools, and reporting to improve predictability and hit-rate.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you bring</strong></p><ul><li>8-12+ years' experience in geotechnical / ground improvement / deep foundations, with a strong preconstruction or estimating focus.</li><li>Solid understanding of soil behavior, ground improvement techniques, and construction sequencing.</li><li>Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary pursuit teams on complex infrastructure or commercial/industrial projects.</li><li>Strong commercial mindset: risk management, pricing strategy, and contract awareness.</li><li>Clear, confident communicator who can influence at all levels (internal and client-facing).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p> Please send your resume and a brief note highlighting 1-2 ground improvement projects you led from preconstruction through award.</p>Create Your Resume First
