Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development and support.
  • Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and experience with extensions and customizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management practices.
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques, including Data Entities and Power Platform.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.
  • Willing to travel abroad when required

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities and development practices.
  • To carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the Practice management team.
  • Represent MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Within your role, you have the responsibility of protecting all information that is shared with you in the course of your association with our client.
