This includes: <span >manufacture/assembly</span> of the electrical panel, pump/blower(s), wiring of tables, testing of options, sub-components, final assembly and quality assurance.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Reads work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine established assembly methods.</li><li>Cuts wire to specified lengths, using wire cutters.</li><li>Crimps terminal eyelets and lugs to wire ends, using hand or machine crimping device.</li><li>Connects wiring to accessories, such as relays, plugs, condensers, switches, and solenoids</li><li>Installs accessory assemblies in electrical or electronic units using soldering gun and hand tools.</li><li>Conducts functional and continuity tests of electrical assemblies, components, wire harness, and plugs, using ohmmeter, and other electrical testing instruments.</li><li>May attach headers, terminals, and mounting studs to etched circuit boards.</li><li>Other duties as may be assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><span >Education/Experience/Skills</span> and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Related post-secondary education (diploma) required e. electrical technician / technologist</li><li>Able to read, interpret and apply electrical and pneumatic schematics and diagrams</li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office</li><li>Knowledge of and experience working with tools, concepts and electrical methodologies</li><li>Electrical aptitude</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills</li><li>Team player</li><li>Able to bend and work on the ground as needed</li><li>Able to lift and move materials up to 25lbs</li></ul><p>We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
