This role combines administrative, accounting, and reporting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle confidential correspondence for executives.</li><li>Provide administrative support including creating presentations and reports, travel itineraries, managing inbox, and ensuring smooth operation of the office.</li><li>Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.</li><li>Support audits, financial inquiries, and summarize data for executive review.</li><li>Maintain secure records, assist with financial reporting, and prepare presentations for board meetings.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>University or College degree in Business Admin or related field required.</li><li>3+ years of experience supporting executive levels.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>High proficiency using MS Office and Accounting software (QuickBooks).</li><li>Familiarity of US and Canadian tax returns for compliance and auditing purposes.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
