About Us: Danton Medical Center (Oakville) is a state‑of‑the‑art healthcare facility owned by physicians located in the vibrant community of Oakville, Ontario. Situated in a newly developed residential area, our clinic serves a diverse patient population comprising young families and older individuals. With no other walk‑in clinics or family doctors within a 1 km radius, there is a high demand for primary care services in our area.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Doctor to join our dynamic team at Danton Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care to individuals of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician to build a thriving practice in a rapidly growing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Establish and maintain strong doctor‑patient relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for efficient documentation and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education activities.
- Participate in rotating walk‑in clinic shifts to build practice faster while generating income.
- Competitive shared‑overhead agreement.
- Access to a well‑equipped, paperless workspace with all necessary office equipment provided.
- Administrative support to handle appointment scheduling, and other non‑clinical tasks.

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice medicine in the province of Ontario and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
