AriseTalent Hub is actively seeking, on behalf of one of our valued clients, compassionate and dedicated Family Physicians, including recent graduates, to join modern, well-established clinics located in Edmonton, Etobicoke, and Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages.
- Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with clinical best practices.
- Promote preventive health through screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals and specialists.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
- (If applicable) Participate in after-hours or on-call coverage on a rotational/as-needed basis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from a recognized medical institution.
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Active or eligible license with CPSO (Ontario) and/or CPSA (Alberta).
- Commitment to patient-centred, holistic care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Telus PS Suite, Accuro, OSCAR, Med Access) is an asset — training provided if needed.
