Finance Business Partner – VSL

Finance Business Partner – VSL
Responsibilities:
- Analyze production costs (parts and labor) to optimize profitability and identify unnecessary expenses.
- Study product margins, explain variances, and monitor corrective actions.
- Implement and track standard times, recommending adjustments.
- Validate pricing for client bids.
- Improve analytical tools and performance indicators.
- Propose and implement new tracking processes.
- Analyze all non-production costs (transportation, chemicals, overhead).
- Contribute to monthly reports and budgeting.
- Update cost models and standard cost evaluation methods.
- Monitor variances between actual and projected costs and provide detailed reports.
- Ensure accurate tracking of financial KPIs related to costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost analysis, management accounting, or finance.
- CPA designation strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
